Sue and Larry


This photo was taken at Sue's home. We were looking at photos, and talking. I had a great time visiting with these folks.

Ray Richardson, Sue Comption


This is Me, Larry, Ray Richardson, and Sue Comption. This photo was taken at the grave of Wyllis Butrick. We are in the cemetary in Mount Vernion Missouri. This is where Ray and Sue live. I was traveling through the country and we spent the day together. Great folks these.

Lester Duane


LD is now serving in Afganistan and doing a damn good job. If you have never seen it before this is the face of Freedom. And he is standing up for you. I feel proud to know him.

Butricks



These are pocket mirrors. I have them here, the man on the left is my father Dearl Edwin Butrick, to his right is Cecil Butrick, and below is Mary Orabelle Butrick. she is my grand mother.

Butrick Chair



This is a photo of a chair removed from the Butrick cabin. Enos cabin. The man holding the chair is Gary Butrick. He has had the chair handed down to him, and it is a point of pride. Gary is a decentent of Enos Butrick. Garys grandfather, and my grandfather were twins. John Wesley, Walter Edwin.

Wyllis Buttrick



This photo is off of a tin type. Wyllis is the brother of Enos. Wyllis was born Feb 24, 1809 Son of Joseph and Elizabeth Maran Buttrick. Wyllis served in the Union Army during the Civil war. He passed March 1890.

Cecil Butrick



This is the flag that was draped across Cecil. It was givin to my father, and he gave it to me. This photo was taken in my home. The flag has 45 stars on it.
